Scott Shorr was asked by the Federal Bar Association and the Oregon State Bar Association's appellate practice section to present a demonstration oral argument before a panel of Ninth Circuit Judges at a conference on June 1st. 

Mr. Shorr will take one side and Janet Metcalf of the Oregon Department of Justice will present the other side in a mock argument before three Ninth Circuit Judges. Mr. Shorr has argued before the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and in the Oregon appellate courts.
