David Rees is giving presentations to two local bar associations on wage and hour class actions and evaluating financial statements.

On April 23, 2008, David gave a presentation to the Multnomah Bar Association on prosecuting wage and hour class action lawsuits. Wages and hour class actions have become more common as employers fail to pay employees their earned wages on time.

On May 5, 2008, David will speak to the Employment Section of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. He will focus on analyzing financial statements and determining the solvency of corporate and individual wrong doers.
