Obtained a $52.5 million trial court judgment in class action against employer for failure to pay overtime.

Class Action / Malpractice / Breach of Fiduciary Duty:
Obtained dismissal of alleged class action against a major law firm alleging malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty.

Will Contest:
Obtained settlement on behalf of local non-profit after successful trial of undue influence claim.

Securities Fraud:
Obtained settlements on behalf of investors in several cases in litigation against brokers and broker-dealers for securities fraud.

Breach of Contract / Trade Secrets:
Represented inventor in a major patent infringement litigation involving trade secrets and breach of contract claims.

Represented consumers in multiple class actions against credit card companies and banks for charging excessive fees and wrongfully imposing onerous terms.

Represented tenant in litigation alleging breach of commercial lease agreement.

Represented operator of assisted living facility on claims against management company.

Shareholder Dispute / Breach of Fiduciary:
Obtained settlement on behalf of closely held corporation in dispute over stock ownership and control of corporation.
