Represented inventor in a major patent infringement litigation involving trade secrets and breach of contract claims.

Currently representing closely held corporation in dispute over stock ownership and control of corporation.
Employment:
Represented employees on claims against employers on civil rights, wage collection, minimum wage and overtime claims.
Broker-Dealer Claims:
Obtained settlement on behalf of an individual investor in securities fraud litigation with broker and broker-dealer.
