Compensation and Benefits
In addition to a specified salary or hourly rate wages, full-time employees receive the benefits shown below. Details of the benefits and eligibility are available in the various Plan documents which will be provided a the time of an offer of employment.

Basic Coverage - 1 x annual salary to a maximum of $50,000
Long-Term Disability Insurance
Plan benefit of 60% of salary to maximum $2,500 following 90 days of disability

Paid Time Off is used for all paid absences except parental leave and bereavement leave.

0-5 120 hours per year
6-9 160 hours per year
10-14 200 hours per year
15+ 240 hours per year
Attorney Sick and Vacation Leave
Reasonable time off for vacation and illness
plus Associate unpaid leave of absence program
Shareholder Sabbatical Program
Sabbaticals available to shareholders who have been with the firm, either as an Associate or Shareholder, for ten years, and then every seven years thereafter.
